Basically, we can’t just use buzzwords and throw around low risk and high reward statements. We will need to stick to the facts and be held to minimum standards:
- Any statements about your business must be substantiated using evidence from a reputable source.
- Avoid subjective language or boasting language that is misleading, unclear or cannot be proven.
- All advertising and promotion must adhere to the financial promotion rules. Therefore, only use what we give you.
